TERMS AND CONDITIONS TERMS OF USE Billing Authorization Agreement We are determined to prevent fraudulent credit card use. We require all of our customers billed by credit card to return to us an original signed copy of the Billing Authorization Agreement. Billing Authorization Agreement for ServerPros.com We require that all Shared Hosting, Virtual Servers and Dedicated Servers be operated under the terms and conditions of the Shared Hosting Agreement, Virtual Server Agreement and Dedicated Server Agreement respectively. (MelbIT) as a provider of domain name registrar services for all PrecisionPros.com customers, in the .com, .net and .org top-level domains. There is no additional charge for the services provided under this Registration Agreement ("Agreement") other than the fees payable by you, as set forth in PrecisionPros.com Service Agreement and disclosed to you when you initiated your request for domain name services.
